Appointment System

To book an appointment with a doctor call 0121 557 1328 from 8am Monday to Friday.

Urgent cases are seen on the day. All children under 5 years of age will be reviewed on a same day basis if parents are concerned.

Routine appointments can also be booked online via the link at the top of this page.

You have the option to book up to 2 weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you. (You are able to phone the surgery anytime during normal opening hours for a pre-bookable appointment.)

If you wish to speak to a member of staff in confidence please ask at the reception on arrival.

Please attend on time for your appointment.

Extended Hours Hubs

Our Practice is twinned with Dr Andreou and Partners at Oldbury Health centre, Albert Street Oldbury B69 4DE.

Oldbury Health Centre will also offer extended hours opening between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday at the Albert Street site.

If you have any queries please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help you.

Telephone Advice

The doctor/nurse will be happy to give advice over the phone when they are not consulting.

Unless your call is URGENT you may be asked to call back at a convenient time.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

You can also complete our appointment cancellation notification request form. This can only be used if your appointment has been arranged for more than 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can also text to cancel your appointment.
